Anyone know the best method of contact for the specific team that handles the pack distro? This is the first time I never received a pack and am unsurprisingly frustrated.

Got a Hurricane IV. Wanted the Crusader VIII or the Eagle I (seriously, I've done every op, and still no Eagle? Should I be thankful?).

Damn Eagle II <_<. I wanted a Hurricane III, but honestly anything other than an Eagle II would have still been ok.

SO damn aggravated right about now.

Would like an actual form to fill out to a unique e-mail address - so I could specify the dates/times I did the objective - instead of an auto-send with the click of a button.

Now I have to wait up to 48 hours for a 50/50 response.

BioWare - please don't screw me. Just pull my damn stats, it is obvious I did the no-consumable objective multiple times.
