Time to settle this once and for all BSN. Geth Primes or Banshees: Which is the hardest to take down.

however, the most annoying thing to me in the entire game (that isn't geth cause they blow away the competition) would be groups of phantoms.

I've never had half as much trouble with Primes. Even when playing non-tech classes, they're generally simple enough to deal with.

I was going to say Banshee but once I thought about it I came across this gem.AsheraII wrote...
Depends entirely on your class and weaponry. A Biotic can take down a Banshee within 20 seconds but takes longer to down a Prime. For a Tech class it's exactly the other way round.

Banshees often reach your squad before her allies (teleporting quickly), giving you a bit more time to deal with her. Primes walk slower than the other geths so they get to snipe you while you are distracted.

This. Just let the Banshee Leeroy Jenkins her way over there, then proceed to have the team kick her ass. Most of the time, once their barriers are down, they turn into walking bulletsponges.
Primes, on the other hand, are the trolls of the three boss units. Think going around that corner will save you? Think again. Think you're safe 2 rooms away? Surprise turret. Going into cover to avoid those pulse cannon shots? Trololol.

Primes. If it's just me and a Banshee left on a wave, I can easily avoid taking any damage.

Just finished a match against Geth a while ago. My human engineer + talon with cryo ammo laughed at the Geth.
Although, I would still say Primes, purely for the bendy shots. Totally not fair.
If you included Brutes though, I'd go with them, those guys can be ninjas. If you don't see them, they can really screw you over.

Primes. Banshees honestly aren't that big a deal so long as you keep your distance.
This. You can run from primes but they'll always find a way to shoot you.

Phantoms. Primes are just walking targets and Banshees aren't all that scary to be honest.
Phantoms move around at the fastest rate and are really small so they're hardest to hit.
So yeah. I'm taking option C.
Still hate Ninja Brutes.
Phantoms aren't so bad. An AA/SI team works really well together. Stasis, then snipe.
OP - would have to be banshees. They just look seriously scary, and their movement is unpredictable. Plus those magnet hands. Get me every time. Sigh...
