Banshee, because I first saw that darn insta-kill in singleplayer...on myself. It is an eternal grudge!

I'll admit though, the Pretorian from ME2 was harder to kill than either.

Banshee: they are more skinny, they teleport madly away just before I fire my 1-shot weapon, they got instakill.
Primes are merely annoying when they turn up in packs.
It's usually the lower tier troops that become dangerous because everyone fixates on the boss units.

It really depends. Primes can't flush you out of cover easily unlike Banshees who'll chase you out of your hiding spot, then everything else kills you. One on one, Banshees aren't a big threat.

Banshees.

You know where primes will place their turrets, so just take cover where they don´t shoot you in the back. On the other hand, there is no cover against banshees, there is only kiting, which always carries the risk of running into another group or exposing yourself to enemy fire.

Banshees make every match a notch harder. Silver reapers is like Gold cerberus/geth.

Depends of the class you're playing, really. For some it's the Prime, due to stunlocks, for others it's the Banshee. It's situational too. A KV laughs at Primes and usually is more in danger against Banshees. However camp with the KV on some slope and just laugh watching the Banshees trying to teleport against you while dying ^^

So no definite answer. Besides, I find phantoms more dangerous than either of them all around.

Primes, hands down.

Primes always seem to have a nasty habit of proving me wrong when I think I have the advantage. With Banshees, if you can get over the fact that they can jump through walls, they're really not as annoying as Primes are.

Not to mention the fact that you can engage a Banshee at a relatively close/medium distance if you read her patterns (and therefore, keep up the pressure on her). Primes will murder you unless you're halfway across the map (and even then, he's the best sniper in the game).

One on one, Banshees are easier. The problem with Primes is that they can deploy turrets behind you, or multiple times. With Banshees, you just have to keep on moving and evade that warp ball.

I mostly play a Destroyer, so Banshee. Effing always wants to molest my Destroyer's Jiggly BumBums.

Primes / Atlases on the other hand, cover and ability to ignore their feeble attempt to stun + Piranha = Dead Primes / Atlases in 20+/- secs

Phantoms are hot though, looking at you and making those funny noises, I usually chase them down to give em pineapples and Indra kisses to the head.

Banshees are more difficult; they move around more often and faster, they block powers, the if physically less of their body to actually hit, they move to you to force you out of cover and run away and their are attacks are more dangerous and more likely to hit you (damage over time warp, shockwave thing, melee, insta kill).

Primes are slow, big and if you keep some distance/move quickly and stay out of their line of sight while being aware of geth turrets, you'll be fine.

1 on 1 banshees are quite easy to vanquish, so are primes - if there are two banshees then you really have to look out. Primes have a habit of following each other so if there is more than one this habit can be exploited, because of this primes can be easier to take down*

Taking on four primes at the same time is suicide, it is always best to try to take them out in pairs - or individually if possible.

* though it depends greatly on the circumstances under which you are fighting - if the team is down and you are the only one left Primes are far more dangerous - because of their stun lock and turret.

The real question is: if you were stuck in a small room (lower room of FB glacier) and had next to no cover which would you rather be stuck with - two banshees or two primes?

Missile left: Ahahaa! Come at me!

No missile left: Unpack cuddly teddybear, speak to it while rocking to and fro into a catatonic state.

Two banshees on every day,´cos only grab is dangerious and even if she grabs someone, there are ´nades to solve this little problem.

Haven't had too much trouble with Prime's, though I play more tech based classes that can tear Shields away faster which helps against turrets.

Banshees only become a problem when you get hit by Warp and your shields are down already, DOT is what normally gets me.

I may give the edge to the Phantom though, most times I can take them out at a distance but unlike Prime's or Banshees they make little to no sound so they can sneak up on you without realizing.  Hell the other day I was stripping the shields off an Atlas next thing I know may character gets turned around and a Phantom decloaks and impales me.

Banshees for me. They're faster than Primes and if you take your eyes off them for just a few seconds to gun down a few other Reapers-- BOOM. Instant death. If you try to dodge them and run out of cover, then you have no option than to expose yourself to the other Reapers.

This is my opinion, although they're probably so much harder for me to kill because I usually play as an N7 Shadow, which doesn't have a fast long distance power.

Hmmm trick question. With my destroyer it's the banshee. The destro lack the ability to rip away the barriers. With my Vorcha soldier, it's the prime, because i have to get closer to reegar the sh*t out of it.

Depends heavily on your class and the situation. If you're trying to hold an area, banshees are a big problem while primes are really predictable and don't close in on you very quickly. If you're trying to move across the map, banshees aren't much of an issue while primes will murder you through any tiny gap they can catch a glimpse of you.

I usually find Primes the most annoying though, for their cross-map stun-lock sniping.

Stuff is situational. If You are a class that can hold it's ground from behind cover better, then banshees would be harder because they force you out of cover and to become mobile. If you are a mobile/fast moving class then primes are probably harder for you because you cant plant yourself in one spot and have enough firepower to stop a prime from over-taking your position.

I am going to say Geth Prime.

The Pulse Cannon is hard to dodge and if you get hit once, you are pretty much done due to stunlock. That thing has sniped me across maps. And dem turrets.....

A Banshee is easy to take out as long as you keep your distance.

Banshees because Primes are essentially completely negated by FQI's.

Banshees themselves aren't that bad outside of syncs, but generally speaking you have a Ravager or Marauder pop up and start pounding you in the back while you are kiting her around.

Phantoms I disagree with completely, they are the easiest. They are completely neutered by the Striker, Krysae, Falcon, Scorpion, and Stasis.
