So, because of the lack luster server stability, why do I lose the consumables that I used during a mission yet I don't gain any of the EXP or credits that I earned?

I have a repeated and common issue where I crash at the start of Wave 11 so all EXP and Credits are already in the bank but they are still lost when the game losses connection or when the hampsters running the servers die.
