Hello? Can I actually get some tech support in this tech support forum?

I'm trying to connect, but I keep getting the message "Error The Mass Effect 3 server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later."

Usually it goes away if I just give it another try right away but not this time. Is anyone else having this problem on the PS3 or any platform?

And is there a page or feed that displays when the ME3 server goes down for maintainence or emergencies or whatever? 
So yeah, that's what's up. Is this a thing? Any statement or advice or anything?

Oh, and could you kindly take your "Answer HQ" solution, turn that thing sideways and stick it right up your backside? The idea of telling people on a tech support forum to go to ANOTHER tech support forum where answers may or may not come from other Users and not the people who actually worked on this game is pretty much a hork-spit to the face of people who paid good money for this. So yeah, screw that.
