Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

I  had an issue when ordering the 'From Ashes'  DLC from Origin. What ended up happening was support having to complete the transaction for me, and award me the DLC.

Now, what's happened is I cannot access 'From Ashes' at all from Origin.. it appears instead only in my registered game content here on social.bioware.

Instead of having a download button next to it, like my Mass Effect 2 DLCS, it just as 'More Info' and these following instructions:

Instructions for From Ashes DLC Requisition

Log in with the same account you used to redeem your code in Origin or with the account you used to access the BioWare Social Network website.
Allow the DLC to download and install.
Run Mass Effect 3.
Start a new game or load an existing one.
The From Ashes content will be available once you gain access to the Normandy after completing the game’s prologue.

I was instructed to clear out all of my temporary files and then log back in to social.bioware.. but that has not seemed to work.

Is there anything I can do to download this DLC?

Normally you download the DLC from Origin. Did you get a code from EA to download it after they finished the transaction for you?

Sadly, no they did not give me a code to download it, even after talking with two EA support staff. They told me it was in my account, and that I could download it from here.

Sorry to re-bump but EA Support solved my problem-- basically their chat window was not letting them paste in the code to redeem it, so they did it manually for me.
Plus, as a reward for my patience, I ended up getting Leviathan free (for the points I already had aside to purchase For Ashes).
It took awhile, but I'm very pleased with the results.
