Hey guys, thought I'd come by and post my issue here since (like always), people at EA are no help at all.
I've been trying to reinstall ME3 cause I want to buy the Leviathan DLC and everytime I log into Origin my client stays in offline mode and gives me a "You need to be connected to the internet to access full online features" error, and duh, I am obviously online.
I contacted them about 2 weeks ago aswell and they put me up with an advisor which gave me countless tips and none of them worked, he said he would escalate my case and that I would receive an email in the next 72 hours, no answer there from them yet obviously.
I created a forum thread at help.ea.com and got a response by one of the forum moderators and he kept on telling me the same thing, that I also tried and it didn't work either, he told me to send my logs to Origin@logs.ea.com which I did right away, and that I should expect a response from them in 24 hours, again, no response from them and this was 2 weeks ago.
So in a nutshell I've tried:
- Disabling my firewalls.
- Re installing Origin.
- Disable my extraneous connections.
- Re added Origin to my antivirus whitelist.
- Reset my DNS cache.
- Ran Origin as administrator.
- Updated to the latest version.
I've tried all these and some others I can't remember, any of you guys encountered the same problem and somehow fixed it?
