Anyone? I completed bronze match on Saturday without using consumables, was downed 2 times (kinda lame, but I don't play much atm) and now got info, that I won't get Commendation Pack. Created a ticket, but its a new feature and idk if it will work.
Anyone else completed goal and no CP?

Ok, so I am not alone. I rather want the previous option. Contacted support twice day after and CP was granted, now we have to wait 48h and we still don't know anything.

Same here, already did the ticket thing. I stand firm that I'm positive I did this at least twice, we'll see what happens, if no pack oh well...not the first time I missed one...no biggie...

Also you must have your game feedback on, a lot of people miss out on the pack if they have this turned off

Before BW applied this "review ticket" system, I'd received no commendation from any completed operations. Contacted EA support so many times but received nothing but "case closed" message in my mailbox.
At least BW got this thing right, I like that.

Are you sure you completed it? Did you solo bronze, or were you in a group?
If you were in a group perhaps someone used a consumable. Personally I didn't have any luck finding a random group that didn't use any consumables, which is why I ended up having to solo to complete the squad goal.
Anyhow I hope you get it sorted.

Wow that really sucks. The one time I didn't receive my commendation pack when I should have, I contacted EA via live chat, and within few minutes they added it to my account. I was actually quite impressed with how quick it took.

I did it with a group so idk, but all of us was like 800 N7 on bronze match, so I am pretty sure no one used consumables, I definitely didn't see any medigels and rockets used. But on the other hand BW didn't write that no one can use any consumables, just you. Game feedback is on since premiere, so its not that, I did have problems 2-3 times already, I did complete the goal and no cp, so maybe this time they will fix it too.

Or you could just not try to do it with randoms. I did it in a group with an agreement that we were going for the challenge. End result was that no consumables were used by anyone, the others got the pack, I didn't. The system is flawed and has been from the start. This was the third or fourth time I didn't receive the pack for whatever reason.ShadedPhoenix wrote...

Same here. Just to be sure I did a couple of solo games ( bronze and silver ) and still nothing. This starting to be ridiculous. So many people having this problem. This was probably the last op I did, because why else sit by my PC for 15 hours in a row, if I don't get anything. Really BW.

no i didnt it told me i didnt go the goal because my account wasnt associated which is bullshti because i didnt change anything and got everything else which means guess what we probably finished the challange to and i cant even put in a review ticket because it tells me to trouble shoot associating my account so i removed my ps3 account and put it back and guess what still not associated i think everyone should get a free comm pack for the **** we have to go through with this
