i figured out that the pc account isnt associated but my ps3 account is so idk why it wont even give me a review ticket option

Same here, no commendation pack. Completed a solo bronze match up to wave 10 but went down before extraction.

I also completed this twice with a couple trusted friends and no pack. First time ever I haven't received one when I am supposed to.

Ok, so I just got an email from EA, they granted me CP with 48h delivery period, but i checked the game and its already there, got Crusader II (useless for me, but hey at least got CP)
So this new thing seems to be working, idk if they are really checking all matches you played or simply giving CP to everyone when you complain about not having one, but hey its working
