Hello!

I just started up Dragon Age, and when i pressed Resume it said: This Saved game includes BioWare Premium Content. To load this saved game, an owner of the following premium content must log in:
Blood Dragon Armor.
The Stone Prisoner.

The thing is, i used my redeem codes to get them and i was using the full Blood Dragon Armor before i went to bed last night. and was working on The Stone Prisoner quest.

Tips anyone?

The DLC content showing up unauthorized is usually a result of the Dragon Age Content Updater service not running. Its supposed to start when you start the game, but there's a timing issue and sometimes it doesn't get started before the game goes to check the DLC. Particularly if you skip the intro movies.

I always start it manually before running the game, I've had little luck with getting it to start automatically.

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START

If there is a problem with the service starting, or it is missing, there are instructions on how to reinstall it in the DLC Troubleshooting sticky

anyone know why my game is "Fast forwarding" per say on all the movie and cut scenes and kind of cobbling them together? My camera control is real touchy as well as my player control. very difficult for smooth control? just seems like everything is running way to fast......

Just wanted to say that this is still an issue but that this method still works to fix it.

refresh your Bioare points while in the game by clicking the refresh button next to your total. Once done your DLC should be authorized.
