I know this is not the ME3 forum but I desperately need help!! I brought ME3 used and I installed Origins but it said the code is already in used. I'm on pc please help!!

You'd still need to talk EA support. They can fix 'code already in use' problems - nobody on the social forums can. Whether you may be asked to pay or not I can't say. Based on the pattern of ME2 I would think not if it's a game code (used copies of ME2 were certainly playable) but you may be asked to pay for working codes for DLC which is free only with new purchases (Cerberus network codes were free with new purchases of ME2 but had to be paid with pre-owned copies). Again, EA will be the people you need to deal with in either case.
