First I reported my bug to the DAO customer support , but they lead me here. So here is my issue again and I hope that one of the developers will read it:

I recently finished DAO. In my story I had chosen the queen and she was going to be the only ruler of Ferelden. But there were still conversations where Alistair pretended to be the king or becoming the king. Especially the last one before he went to slay the archdemon without given my character (female) a chance to stop him. He told me that it is his duty as a king and that he want to be a good king and so on. That bug ruined my whole ending, I could not say that he is not the king or anything. I hope these dialogs will be corrected soon.
Other characters also were still talking about Alistair becoming the king. For example Morrigan making her offer close to the end.

Please tell me if a patch for this is planed and when it will be released.

This is not a bug, but more a case of lazy/rushed developement. He says this (if at the final fight) no matter what options you choose in the game.
