I don't think there's anything wrong with characters being sexualized. BioWare knows how to write great characters and if their boobs are showing too much, who cares...well at least I don't. 

What about boobs double wrapped in bacon!?

Exactly. Plus a Vette is a Chevy and I can take those apart and put them back together. It's a hobby and forming into a career.

Bioware tends to create a small amount of body types and give every single person of that race the same body. So if the women of Kirkwall have giant breasts it's because only one body type is used for all grown women.

I'm less concerned with body models than I am the armor and companion designs. Every time I see female characters in chainmail bikinis fighting alongside men in full plate I want to flip a table. But Dragon Age is already pretty good about this. Aveline didn't have magical steel boob cups shooting out three feet from the rest of her armor.

Isabela's boobs looked like balloons. I didn't know they had implants in Medieval settings. If Bioware insists on a body model with big breasts, at least make them look a bit more natural....

I agree that oversexualization in a game tends to get annoying. Even more so when the game suddenly becomes prudent when actual sex is about to happen.

So, tasteful love scens: OK. But don't make women in the game all look like they work in the Blooming Rose...

Budget restraints, but probably not what you're thinking.  Memory budgets.  Body assets are often preloaded to be faster rather than streaming in from disc.  When you can share an asset like that you can optimize memory and allow for better performance (or just prevent crashes in general).
