Best...(and Worst) Gift you received this Christmas?

What was that one thing you knew immediately, "This is Awesome!" and then that one think you got, you looked at dissapointedly, then looked up at the giver and nicely thanked them...

I'll start...

Best: Would have to be District 9. It was a great movie although it had some surprising sad moments in it...

Worst: Valkryie. My mom got it mixed up with Inglorious Bastards. They both are good movies but Valkryie wasnt what i was excpecting. I already seen both but IB was just way cooler, a little dissappointment, but hey...she tried.

btw, I didnt only get movies....they were just the best(and worst) things i got. Today im going somewhere else and i should be getting MW2 or Assassin's Creed 2. they will surely be good...

fyi, Im also giving this people gifts to. Im just not receiving ...

Worst present: The DA:O Strategy Guide, which I did NOT ask for, because I try to beat games myself first, & if I have any trouble with the game, I can just seek advice/intel here at this site for free! (Why was a strategy guide for this game even printed?)

Now, if I could just finish my puder upgrades...

I honestly don't think it was. He thought that it would encourage my wife to get out of the house more.

She hates golf though...

I got four sweaters in total from two different distant family members, which was expected since they don't know me very well and clothes/chocolate are always good fallback gifts. Normally I would receive said presents with a private "meh" since I don't like sweaters in general, but this time I was utterly grateful since in my hurried trip to their house, I'd forgotten to pack warm clothing and was FREEZING my behind off all the time during Christmas. I guess one really never gives thanks for small luxuries until one misses them.
