To be honest I've always thought to map sprint on the face button is crazy, especially when many console players who have played CoD (and there're many) will have got used to the analog stick button to be sprint. I mean what is the current analog stick button doing in the game right now? In single player it brings up a map, so you can't map that on the face button and map sprint on the stick button? It's amazing creativity from Bioware.
I haven't covered all the replies in this thread so this may have already be raised by others, but I've once tried using my middle finger to hold sprint while using my index finger to push the right stick to see what happened (in single player). And I don't think you could turn the camera that way neither.
