Snap Freeze vs. Snap Freeze + Cryo Shield tends to suggest that debuffs can stack.

so if i use one proxy mine and my team mate uses another proxy mine on the same time on the same target my gun only deals +20% of its base damage or +40% ?

Neither .. :P .. Unless you have absolutely no other weapon damage bonuses in play ...

ok lets say we are 2 geth infiltrators with 2 piranhas cloak on +80% , hunter mode and network AI maxed for damage + extended barrel + shotgun AMP5 ,APIII ,Shotgun AmpIII !
we both cloak and shoot a proxy mine and then i fire one shot! all on the same target and on the same time !
I just wanted to know if we get a 40% from two mines or yeah anyways its confusing for cause I am Austrian and i learned English through XboxLive , so sorry for my bad wording and the longer time i need to understand.....

ps: i really really appreciate what you write on this forum

Will not get 40% from 2 Proximity mines only 20% ..But it doesn't apply only to base damage it applies to basedamage * (1 + sum of damage bonuses) ... (cloak bonus, shotgun amp , extended barrel , passive , hunter mode ...)

An ATLAS has 2k more Shields than Armour.

Cannot see your loadout. If you ran Warp or AP then your getting up to a 60% damage bonus vs. Armour that isn't applied to Shield.

Shredder Mod effects damage done to Armour.

ATLAS was closer for the third shot. If all the bullets hit he will take more damage.

Inconsistantcy, lack of evidence of factor control and bias use of the weapon (possibly setting it up for higher Armour Damage) al make your results unreliable.

thanks, peddro, this is definitely a lot more helpful and clear, but I was under the impression that PM uniquely can stack under one condition: Multiple people use it.

I.E. if you use warp on an enemy, then an ally uses a warp on the same enemy, their warp overrides your warp and the debuff becomes whichever warp was used on the aforementioned enemy last; whereas, with Proximity Mine, if someone else uses PM on the same enemy, then the debuffs stack, additively (In the HSmodifier section, apparently). I was under the impression that PM was the only power where teammates can't override your debuff, only you can.

Heaps of praise for such detailed work, this actually makes a significant change in the way to look at some classes and their skills (Turian Soldier & marksman, for example).

You were correct .. Done some more tests with stacking debuffs .. Will update OP eventually :) ..PM from different players will stack (one per player) ...As will some of the other debuffs ... 

PM from 2 players 1+0.2+0.2
PM from 3 players 1+0.2+0.2+0.2

Proximity Mines Debuffs from DIFFERENT players WILL STACK ... (go go all GI PARTY)
Warp Debuffs from DIFFERENT players will stack (both damage bonuses and armor weakening)...
Tactical scan will Remove Tactical scan debuff and then activate its on effect ( DOES NOT STACK EVER)
Biotic Bubble debuff DOES NOT STACK ...
Cryo Blast Debuffs from DIFFERENT players will stack (both damage bonuses and armor weakening)...
Snap Freeze Debuffs from DIFFERENT players will stack (both damage bonuses and armor weakening)...
(slow effects not tested yet..)
