This has happened more than one time not only to me but friends as well.  After using a respec card to re-allocate my character's points, confirming the changes and then entering a private match I find that any of the changes made to my character was not saved.  The respec card used was completely wasted. 

Is this a known glitch or just more BS from EA servers?
