Hi,
Whenever I pause the game, if I tell a companion to attack an ennemy and then switch to another party member,
the controlled character will attack the same ennemy, although I never gave him that order...
It might happen in various ways, but globally, if I pause, give an order and switch between characters, it won't go as planned.
And I haven't seen many people mentioning this - or how to fix it...
Companions changing their targets

Something in your tactics set up is screwy. Personally I turn them all off, (other than basic healing tactics), which will fix your problem.

If you have all party members selected at the time then that would be an obvious cause. Or do you have something in your companion tactics like 'enemy: target of (party member) - attack'?
I've never had it happen as I remember though.

Well, I don't have any tactics like "target of controlled character - attack". Moreover, it's not limited to one party member, but all of them have this behavior.
What happens is exactly like in this video (french) : http://youtu.be/nMHp47puo9g?t=6m21s
If I select a target for the third character and then switch back to the second character, to tell him to use an ability, he will use it on the other's target...

I've had some similar stuff happen - for me the glitch is most often while paused and giving orders I switch from one character to another and can see that the character I'm looking at is presently attacking enemy X (by the pulsing circle beneath it) so I set them to use a talent or spell on that enemy and move on to another but when I set them loose the character targets enemy Y with the talent or spell instead.
In my case I wonder if the choice of enemy is not updating properly as you switch from one character to another while paused and the "pulsing circle" I see when I look at character 2 is not where he is currently targeted at all but just a hold over from character 1's screen that won't update properly until the pause is released?
Hence I THINK I'm sending him to one enemy (due to the pulsing circle) when in fact he is targeting another?

I suppose there is a bug in the orders queue when you pause the game...
It seems to give the same target to multiple party members selected successively.
But why am I the only one to mention it ? It's kinda big: no possible strategy, unless you only use AoE talents/spells.

I suspect it's because most people make heavy use of the tactics screens to pre-program their party to work the way they want them to and play the game mostly like an action/rpg doing very little micro-managing using the pause key

I see.
I also rarely use the pause button, but for some long fights when you try to optimize your attacks, it's irritating to see your mana/stamina wasted...
