I'm editing the original topic so everyone can see.  It has been known for a few months now that you can run with the package (pizza) by using a "clever use of game mechanics."  Bioware has confirmed this is legal, though they also confirmed it a while back as well.  I will outline how this can be done so that people know.

Normally, you hold the spacebar to sprint (if on PC). However, if you rapidly tap the space bar with a good rhythm, you will also sprint. That is the key. By pressing the spacebar rapidly and with a good rhythm, you will sprint and drop/pick-up the package as you sprint.

It takes some practice and it is hard to do off host unless you have really good ping to the host. I recommend you try it on a bronze game first with you as the host. Use a character that can't roll or dodge, like a Krogan. Get a running start to the package and then just repeatedly press spacebar to keep sprinting. Once you get good at it, you can do it with characters that have rolls and dodge; you can also do it without the running start by momentarily pressing spacebar to start running then then repeatedly pressing spacebar again to keep running.

I do it all the time now and it really helps with these objectives. Just be sure you pick a route that isn't guarded by enemies, even if it is a little longer.  The last thing you want is to get killed in the middle of a group of enemies.

Spread the word.

Hey folks,

I got your PM.

It's true that, unless we decide to change how certain mechanics work, sprinting with the delivery objective will not get you banned.  We have used the phrase "clever use of game mechanics" and will stand by that.

Sorry, I was going to make some smartass comment like, "No but running with scissors is awesome!"

I digress.

I would like to know how you can do this.  PM me please. Moving fast due to gear, equipment, racial bonus would not be considered cheating.  If you can find a way to sprint, I don't see you being penalized for it.

As a side note, I suppose I should let you know that Thomas Abram's contract expired at the end of last month.  I do not know if / when he will be back.  Sorry about that.

Cheers
