Will the feat 'Blindfight', allow a player to re-roll their miss percent chance, if the miss percent has been applied through a unique script?

If the answer is yes, any idea's on how to get around this?

I believe it only allows the reroll against the miss percentage from concealment effects, but since that roll is a hidden one it'd be hard to confirm either way.
