I absolutely love this song.



Love the way you lie..

Would have made a perfect song for any of the Mass Effect games, but I just can't help but think it would make a great video with clips of the reapers attacking Earth......

What do others think?

where would the song play in the game? how would it have been received by fans?
not trying to be rude, but it wouldn't fit in the game

I had this whole idea of the first verse of the song being clips of Illusive Man talking to Shepard in ME2 and ME3 to fit in with the lying part,, and the scenes of attack for the verse that goes on about watching you burn........  

Anyway it was just a random idea.  I wasn't sure if that would have fully fit with the song, but the song I was using was the original demo by Skylar Grey not the Rihanna version.  It had a much slower beat and piano that fit Mass Effect IMHO...........

This song wouldn't fit in the game, anywhere. I love the Mass Effect sountrack and adding this song to it would be kind of random.
If you're interested you could do a collab with some clips of Mass Effect with this song alot of people do it, i'll probably do my own with this song if I ever get the chance.

I was aware it wouldn't fit in the game it was just a random idea...... In more detail.

I had this whole idea of it starting with clips of the liar, the Illusive Man talking to Shepard in clips from ME 2 and 3, then scenes of battle for the main verse where she sings "you're going to stand there and let me burn."

What made me think of this song was that bit at the start where Shepard is on the boarding ramp of the ship and sees the little boy jumping on the shuttle and then that gets blasted out of the air, the piano music there on a couple of beats just made me think of this song. That's where the idea came from.

It's a pretty good song and even almost fits tonally, but if anything, we needed more Faunts. The song proposed in the OP just wouldn't fit with the rest of the Mass Effect soundtrack and would sound out of place.
