How about 10 prestige levels above 30?
You can promote at any time 20 or above, but you can earn extra skill points up to level 30, letting us max all skill trees on a character?
These prestige levels could possibly NOT level up with exp, but instead with every platinum extraction!
10 extractions on platinum = enough skill points to complete all skill trees!
How 'bout it? Thoughts?
So, people who can already extract on Platinum have their characters improved, and those who can't don't? Seems a little backward to me.

It's the first time I quoted you, but it's about the 10th time I agree for 100% with your post. If the 1975 is a reference to your birthday, that will explain a lot

Thank You, and yes I was born in 1975. Cut my teeth on the Atari 2600 (the original one that resembled a wood-panel station wagon), and never looked back.

I think being able to max out the entire skill tree for one character in each class would be awesome, how you would gain them i dunno but still, why any douche thinks having a character with every power at full potential is a bad thing is a complete moron. so yeah everyone who said no in this thread is a ****** in my book.
Sure its ok to say no to the platinum part of the OP suggestion, but having a full tree produces many fruit so.... yeah big slap to all u who said no

I'm pretty sure if they wanted us to be able to max all skill trees, they would've made the game that way. We have Promoting, which fills the itch for some players (myself included) to not stay at max level indefinitely.
Or maybe it should happen, being able to max out all skill trees. It's not like this series was advertised as having the player make choices or anything.

But then the word no just popped into my head and I realized it would be much easier to just say no...
So...
No.

Grievous grammar errors. Thinks that everyone else in thread aside from OP and himself are complete morons.

The problem is not that people don't want to get all skills maxed out. The problem is that the Op want to introduce Prestige Levels, and also suggest they are related to Platinum extractions.
In a coop game, Prestige Levels are a no-go, unless you want to fail your game everytime, because we're all going for the most kills and f**k the objectives, and why should I revive a player who tops me on the leaderboard?
Prestige levels are counter-productive for a coop game; period!

This would also make promoting useful as you could change which character had the prestige points or whatever u wanna call them
