Cannot connect to EA Servers when I start Mass Effect 3 on PC

 Every time I open ME3 it takes almost 5 minutes to load EA servers then finally says that EA servers are unavailable at this time and to try later. Why is this happening when I have updated Origin and My ME3 game, and a strong internet connection? Also I dont see my digital deluxe perks in the game, they arent there at all. Why is that?

I bought the digital deluxe from Amazon for PC downloads and it downloaded and updated. However I am not able to see any of extras nor the DLC From Ashes wont go into affect. :( Anyone help???

I've been having the same issue for the last few days. I bought mine through Origin so i doubt where you got the game from is the problem. The issue likely stems from the forever abysmal Origin "service".

Seems to be. After I updated the patch and origin I no longer received the pop up about all of the deluxe edition content unable to be loaded. However that content isn't there! lame really.

I just contacted EA support and this issue appears to be solved now, i just connected 2 times in a row without a problem. you should try that.

I am still having this problem, none of the DLCs are working and worse all save games are not getting loaded

I have been having this problem for past 2 weeks, tried every solution i found on the forums and EA support forum, nothing worked or it worked once and after that it stopped working. I have been posting about it, found plenty of forums dealing with it, but EA doesnt seem to care.

I have been having this problem as well, ever since I installed the Leviathan DLC. Going to try to uninstall and reinstall Origin to see if that fixes the issue.

I, too bought the game from Amazon and had that very same problem.
Persistence paid off after hours of trying to acquire them.

If you wade through the morass that is EA's outsourced "customer experience", there's a good chance you'll end up finding that somewhere between your computer and the EA server, one of the intermediary nodes is giving you 100% packet loss
