Travel to the world of Biogrias, a jungle planet on the edge of the Galaxy, a peaceful place, until the attack of the Reapers, now refugees seeking safety on Biogrias are strangley dissapearing and so are Reaper troops, everyone who visits falls off the grid. Now Commander Shepard must find out Biogrias' secrets and uncover a weapon that could turn the war around. This is the Ancients of Biogrias!
This mission begins with an Email from a Doctor Sadetin Iralis, a Salarian Scientist on Sur' Kesh, the email says...
-Commander Shepard, I hope this is the right adress. I am Doctor Sadetin Iralis , as you have probably heard the Reapers have invaded, I believed your story from the beginning. Too bad no one else would listen, we may have saved many more people. Anyway I have Intel that could change this war, for our side. I have taken a shuttle from Sur' Kesh and landed on the Citadel. It would be kind if you could meet me, I am by the Dock.

After that shepard must head to the Citadel and ask a C-SEC Guard where Dr Iralis is, here is the conversation...
Commander Shepard: Excuse me, I am looking for a Dr. Iralis.
C-SEC Turian: His Shuttle landed a few hours ago, he should be in the refugee center now.
Commander Shepard: What is he doing?
C-SEC Turian: Don't know, guards down there say he is just reviewing files and taking photos, nothing illegal if that's whay you're asking Commander.
Shepard takes the elevator to the Refugee center and talks to a Salarian taking a photo by a window.
Commander Shepard: Are you Dr. Iralis?
Dr. Iralis: Commander Shepard! (Shakes hand) Good to see you.
Commander Shepard: What is this Intel you have?
Dr. Iralis: (Looks up at camera then looks back) We need to talk somewhere else, I will take you to my Building.
--They emerge from a door--
Dr. Iralis: Welcome to my Mobile Lab, (The Doctor pulls up a Datapad as it changes from wording to a picture of a garden world) This is Biogrias, a garden planet. Lately 38 Civilians, 4 Shuttles dissapeared on this planet. You know when the dissapearences started? The Day earth was attacked.
Commander Shepard: Could it be the reapers?
Dr. Iralis: I thought that first too. But after an Alliance Fighter Squad witnessed a Reaper Destroyer fall into the ground to dissapear forever, we knew something else must be doing it.
Commander Shepard: What about natural accidents?
Dr. Iralis: From camera footage, black, shadowed figures would appear and dissapear from time to time, the figures don't match the silhouette of any known species.
Commander Shepard: So we need to investigate this?
Dr. Iralis: Yes but first, here (The Doctor shows Shepard a a small chip, and then takes out a black and green box, he inserts the chip into the box and a sound plays)
Traveler One: Yeah, ok the the camera's on. We just came off of Noveria, some sort of attack. We are now on our way to an Alliance Basecamp. (Bird Chirps) Beautiful world, what is this place anyway?
Traveler Two: Dunno (Barely Hearable Language), hey you hear that? (Silence then a louder version of the previous sound) I am out of here man--
Traveler One: Calm Down, just a dog or something. Nothing to-- Ahh!! Ahh!!
Mysterious Creature: (Growl) (Footsteps)
Traveler Two: Al, Al! Oh man I am out of here! (Rapid footsteps) I think I am saf-- (Breathing for 2 secong then growl, then static...)
Commander Shepard: So, it is hostile.
Dr. Iralis: Likely not, remeber we are stepping on their turf. I have a ship if you need it.
Commander Shepard: Not needed, the Normandy can take us in.
Dr. Iralis: I hope you wouldn't mind if I tagged along?
Commander Shepard: Not at all doctor.
Dr. Iralis: Commander, I am grateful. I will pack my equipment, head out the door and take my car when you are ready to leave.
Shepard can explore his Lab and even collect a Cerberus Armor Locker which is a Glass Box and Cerberus Armor stored in it. After he is done looking around he leaves from the door and is taken to the Normandy at which Shepard Orders Joker to head to Biogrias, and once the Normandy hovers over the planets atmosphere two Shuttles are launched, one with Shepard, Dr. Iralis, and one squadmate, the other with a few Alliance Soliders. Both shuttles land in asquadmate activates the drill and the Mako drills through the Earth, now a depth meter appears on the top and shows how deep you are. After 700 Feet the drill stops and you reach a hollow cavern at least a mile long, the MAKO's thrusters activate and the MAKO lands ready for Shepard to drive. The Health Bar and Gun Charge Bars appear and a radar shows the directino Shepard must go, he heads south and after about 3 minutes of driving, the team gets out of the MAKO and investigates a large metal shard from a reaper, they find a console and Shepard bypasses it as the ground below them collapses and Shepard tumbles down the side, after falling Shepard is below the Mako and must drill the rest of the way, by an Old Weapon Locker they find a Drill Rifle and Shepard activates it as he drills through the rest, he/she eventually finds an empty cave, and also an Elevator, the elevator isn't Council, nor Reaper, or Prothean. the Elevator goes up and Shepard gets in the MAKO and travels to an Old Building, again not any known structure type. They enter and travel up a similiar Elevator and reach a almost penthouse where console are riddled all over the area, and one is already activated, Shepard touches the console and is pulled up into the air as his body is red in the areas he/she had cybernetics. He/she falls to the ground and and comes back up, a conversation between Shepard and Dr. Iralis is initiated.
Dr. Iralis: Commander, did you have cybernetics by any chance?
Commander Shepard: Yes, a long time ago.
Dr. Iralis: It is all so simple now (He takes off his Omni-Device and goes towrd the console, the console glows green and scrolls through information and data, The Doctor turns to Shepard) This mystery species is trying to eliminate any technology because the Reapers are synthetic and attacked them, those shuttles, people, everything they see us as Reapers, we just need to--(A figure emerges from the Elevator, and points a staff at Shepard, as Dr. Iralis jumps in front and talks to the Creature) Wait, Wait, we are not Reapers! We are Organic, see!
Creature: (His mask disassembles as his Reptillian face is revealed, he moves up to Shepard then smells him examining his whole body, he moves his mouth almost like he wants Shepard to speak)
Commander Shepard: I am Commader Shepard. Who are you?
Creature: Commander Shepard, we are Dethillian.
Commander Shepard: How do you understand our Language?
Creature: Your words are still mixed, but I can sense your traits and understand you.
Commander Shepard: Do you know the Reapers?
Creature: The Machines? The Invaded our world, they started to harm our planet. We fight back in secrecy.
Commander Shepard: Do you specifically have a name?
Pandora: My true name is Therathidis, in your language that means Pandora.

Commander Shepard: Pandora, how many more of you are there?
Pandora: (Pandora lays down a blue cylinder as it disassembles and they teleport into a lush garden area with tons of the same building and vehicles, then Pandora moves to a large building and the team heads into an elevator and they are taken to a Group of Dethillian who instead of Yellow armor like Pandora wear Crimson Armor, then one with a unique headpiece takes off his helmet and his face is similiar to Pandora's except features a scar on his left, the figure speaks)
Azera: You, you were the Protheans Successors.
Commander Shepard: Yes, I am human, he is a Salarian--
Azera: I know who you are. We watched your species' in it's earliest stages. War... Horror... Conflict... All you care about is power!
Jetiaer: Commander Azera, we cannot judge these people by their pasts, only their futures hold their true identities. Human, what is your name?
Commander Shepard: Commander Shepard it is an honor.
Uretuos: Wait, you are Shepard? The one who warned of the Machines? We were the only ones who took your warnings I presume?
Commander Shepard: Few ever believed me.
Azera: What do you want from us now?
Commander Shepard: We have recorded videos and heard stories. We need your help against the Reapers.
Uretuos: We are dealing with our own problems, they have pressed on findings us as well, you see we were in contact with the Protheans during their war. We evacuated from nearby planets and moved to this planet, after Reapers approached we dug underground to hide from the Reapers. We avoided extinction the first time but.... The Protheans were not as lucky.
Commander Shepard: Are you going to live like this forever? You can't hide much longer. They found this planet. You have the forces I need to stop the Reapers, if you help we can win this war.
Azera: Blasphamy! What of the Ancients? What of they to say about us throwing away our future that they so gracefully sacrificed?
Commander Shepard: They sacrificed themselves so that you had time to prepare for the future to fight back. Please...
Jetiaer: The Council will take this descision into account.
Shepard leaves the room as three minutes pass and Shepard is called back.
Uretuos: Counciler do you have a verdict?
Azera: Yes, Commander Shepard, your request for help has been approved. You are right. We need to take back our homes. Our Armies will be transported to the Citadel immediatly, in exchangeif you can promise that we will win this war.
Commander Shepard: We are going to fight the Reapers with everything we have and we will win.
The Council cheers as they equip their masks again and walk down the stairs and outside, they pick up their staffs and Counciler Azera raises his staff in the air as the Army equips their masks and salutes. Then more troops fly out in the Dethillian Gunships, Shepard crawls out with his team and two Shuttles are back, Alliance Soliders get on one but as soon as Shepard's squad get's on one a large rainstorm hits and the shuttle must lift up, as Shepard grabs shelter in a small encampment building he finds a Dethillian Razorwire Sniper. He picks it up as a Reaper lands he prepares as Reapers are coming then out of nowhere a red laser blows up a full reaper ship, then two Dethillian Gunships come down and pick Shepard up. You leave Biogrias and return to the Normandy gaining a New Weapon, a New Squadmate, and 4 New War Assets.
