Greetings all!
I was wondering if there were any way to add additional skills to my character in ME2 using Gibbed's editor. In ME1, it's easy -- just load up the console. Is there a way in ME2 please? I am playing an engineer and chose Reave as my add-on power, so I am left w/o any ammo powers unless I team up with someone who HAS some special ammo -- Garrus, e.g. has Armor Piercing ammo.
Thank you kindly in advance. Ciao!

Not seen a way to do this in Gibbed. You can add weapons you're not trained for easily enough so your engineer can have a sniper rifle and AR if you want (five weapons seems to be the max or you lose one), but ammo powers seems to be another matter. Wish ammo had stayed as ammo like in the first game but there you go. However, not sure it's all that much of an issue with an engineer with access to cryo and incendiary and overload attacks as you've got most of the bases covered without bullets. All you really need to worry about is dealing with biotic barriers, but presumably you picked Reave as your bonus power because it works well on barriers. Does depend a bit on how you invest in skill points but I suppose if you were willing to give yourself ammo powers with Gibbed you'd be willing to give yourself some extra skill points so you can max out Cryo Blast, Incinerate, Overload and Reave, and maybe treat yourself to exploding combat drones while you're at it. Actually, saying that I may play an Engineer again next go around and do just that.

Yah, I am actually playing through the games with the classes I've never really been THAT interested in on Insane. Engineer is a LOT stronger than I thought at first, and I don't really think I need the ammo powers.
I will, however, be bringing Garrus and his AP ammo along as soon as I can get his loyalty mission finished. Thanks muchos, Psi
