Let's discuss important stuff. What male strippers we wanna see in new Omega hub (since we all know they should be implemented, no more "female strippers only")? I vote for humans and drells in leather chaps

Male Turian. No compromise.

I don't think we've ever actually seen female Turians anywhere, have we?

Wasn't Omega confirmed to have Reaper involvement in some book? It would explain why Cerberus wanted it.

Yes in the Mass Effect: Retribution Novel by Drew Karpyshyn. It was hinted at in inner monolouge when Grayson was running away from Aria's forces after being nearly completely converted by Reaper technology.

Never heard of them. Are they at least a tiny bit less annoying than Asari?

Trick question bro, anything is less annoying than Asari.

yea im thinking omega has MORE to it than just taking it back from cerberus

I heard that Omega is actually the Protheans attempt at building the crucible, not sure if there's any truth to that tho

Zero truth. :police:
The protheans mined Omega for eezo during their cycle according to ME: Ascension.

I haven't read Acsension, so cool, that clears that up :)

Which is actually incorrect, they couldn't mine it because the material incasing it was too strong. The currenct cycle was able to mine it because it had a natural collision that split it in two. It could easilly be a past crucible from a cycle before the protheans.

Would definitly make for an interesting story, learning about a cycle before the Protheans even....but I'd still rather have DLC  that gives us a better resolution to the current cycle's story

They mined but they weren't able to reach the core where most of the eezo was, only a colision with another asteroid(if i am not mistake) exposed Omega's core a long time after the protheans were defeated.

If Shisk is not in this DLC, I will be disappointed.

I want to help him defeat Gavorn and his tricks.

If it is the 'Take Back Omega' DLC like most think, why would the new MP enemy be The Collectors (which were already eliminated in ME2)? Wouldn't it just be way easier to have it be the Adjutants? http://masseffect.wi...m/wiki/Adjutant

Cerberus unleashed them from beyond the Omega 4 relay, the Adjutants have already infiltrated Omega, they're the reason Cerberus wants Omega, and according to the art book, they were supposed to be in ME3 anyways but they couldn't get them to work on time.

Plus, I'd like to see how they'd pull off a completely new enemy anyways, rather than trying to figure out how to explain more Collectors.

One new enemy is not really that good, and fighting just Cerberus or Reapers would be meh. By brining back the Collector faction you have Collectors(the drones and the ones with barriers that also put down shields) Harbinger controlled Collector(best time to bring him bacl)and the three variations of husks. Adjutants would be cool but if I was given the option of just one new enemy type or bringing back a whole enermy faction? I would take the old faction.

Bioware originally designed the Adjuants to be in the game but had to cut them because their ability to teleport around the battlefield overwhelmed the game's physics engine, which they could fix by reducing their teleporting

Since we don't really know anything and we're all just speculating, couldn't there be more than one class of Adjutant? The comics are short and don't have all that much time to articulate detail, nor do the artists have much opportunity to embelish beyond what has already been created by Bioware. Not to mention, the Invasion series ended with Aria leaving Omega and Cerberus readying their forces for more Adjutants to emerge from the Relay.

Obviously, all speculation. I just think it'd be way easier to bring the Adjutants into play, rather than trying to explain an enemy that is already dead.

I doubt it's the collector base, since 50%~ of the players blew it up on atleast one of their playthrough. Ofcourse it might be a collector base, not neccessarily the one you were on. The collectors were extremely popular, and there was alot of fans asking to bring them back. While the end of ME2 gave the impression that they were wiped out, the ME3 cinematics suggest otherwise: no collector cruiser obviously, but you do see the reapers utilise a vast number of collector drones as their fighter support. Why are they called collector drones, you ask? Well, in a very typical way for the reapers, they're made FROM collectors. This may suggest that the reapers had access to additional stock of collectors besides the ones you wiped out...

But the next DLC is very probably omega.

P.S.
As for the picture, well it mainly looks like the ship from the hitchiker books (not the movie) the "Heart of gold" I believe. It looked like a shoe.

What? Gavorn is the only guy on omega that gives shepard positive reinforcement (garrus not included). Everyone else has a big "up yours" altitude, culminating in aria's "so you were dead. big whoop.". If anything they should release a Gavorn DLC, where they what it's like being the law in a place where crime is the law.

There were some turian females in the comics...really the diference is so small to the males that i wonder why bioware never put some turian females inside the game.

They could be looking at the 'stalk' of Omega without the top bit, like figuring out how to enter it.

I was thinking this - if it was for a plan of attack, all the important locations are in the stalk anyway, the rest is just rock.

My only needs for Omega DLC: Aria is bangable. Patriarch, Gavorn, Shisk, Feron and Tazzik make an appearance and Omega hub near ME2 size.

That is all. Anything more is a welcome bonus

As long as it's as least the size of the Presidium Commons with Afterlife included I'm happy. If it's the size of the Shadow Broker base.....it needs to be bigger

"One got away"

Lol that's soo lame.

That's like saying post-Destroy there were some Reapers who were at dark space and never got hit by the Crucible.

It makes about as much sense as the Reapers magically finding another rachni Queen, or corrupting the geth (again) even if Shepard purged the heretics, or the Mars archives containing super-important Prothean information that nobody bothered to find, let alone translate, for 30 years.

In other words, if the plot demands it they're gonna write pretty unrealistic stuff. We never had confirmation that there was only one Collector cruiser (EDI and Shepard just surmised that it was the same one following them around all the time), so if they decide to use it all well and good.

(That said, I don't think there'll actually be Collectors in this DLC, and I'm fairly sure that silhouette isn't a Collector ship)
