 If i import my Me2 Paragon Playthrough, non healed scars can i still get scars in me3?

I'm pretty sure you can. Think I have seen a character with em.

Yeah, not sure who.. But someone told my Shepard as long as I get my positive outlook the scars won't return

Yes, you just have to be mostly renegade and they'll return.

I wish we could keep the geass eyes but lose the scars if we get surgery.

scar system works really well to integrate the story, if you were a renegade the entire time, scars should be appropriate, and of course, if you were a paragon then the scars go away naturally. Bioware brought the whole if your evil you shall be ugly and if your good you shall be pretty formula to it. And while that seems kind of text book it makes sense to add character to personality (how many guys/gals do you know that have battle scars on their face and also have a "nice" personality?)

Surely. That happened to one of my Shepards: he had a full paragon bar and minimal scars before importing, since I didn't use the med bay upgrade. Once imported, he became a dick, and his eyes were glowing in red.

I feel alone in wanting Paragon Blue scars. Those scars were too badass!

Healed, even in my Renegade playthrough. As a Star Wars fan they were too alike to that system and it was too frustrating when my default background's renegade points and automated ones, always caused scars to remain no matter the amount of 'good acts'. I'll play either, but the scars just don't do it for me, even as a renegade.

I dunno why but usually I will edit my saves to have more Renegade than Paragon points because I love the renegade scarring... Even with paragon playthroughs
