None of the Mass Effect games were RPG's in the first place. They were always hybrids at most.

The only category ME3 deserves to win is Best Moment.

The rest, there are other games that deserve it a LOT more.

I wish I could. ME3 was fantastic. But as it stands now, the game feels incomplete and unsatisfying. I don't think that it deserves to win unless future DLC changes certain parts of the game dramatically.

I handed Witcher 2 best RPG though... You simply can't rival that game when it comes to choice and consequences. 

On the other hand, I had the most enjoyment from ME3 this year despite the ending so I'll give them GOTY and best moment.

Why?

ME3 isnt an RPG and winning that insults the genre completely....

Game of the year games dont recieve the backlash ME3 has and continues to do so, and personaly i thought it was mediocre at best

I agree with the moment one tho as tutchunka was epic

Gave RPG to Witcher 2, but GOTY and moment are ME3 easily for me.
