Yeah Bioware employees are cyborgs that have no feelings and should never get upset about anything that anyone says. Just like most of the level headed people on these forums that is always calm, cool and collected.

Most of the level headed, calm and collected people on this forum don't work for a big videogame company that made promises they couldn't keep either.  Most of Gamble's tweets on this subject have been extremely unprofessional, period.

As someone who represents his company online, yes to some extent he is expected to keep his emotions under control compared to some random guy sending you a tweet. That been said I certainly don't blame him for snapping, I may be an anti-ender but I am well aware of the high levels of BS they have put up with...

I'm not sure why people complain to Bioware on Twitter when the person responsible for most of ME3's problems hasn't responded to tweets since around release.

This too

The silence from certain people says it all....

Or maybe it says that they didn't want to read vulgar messages being sent to them on Twitter anymore? Would you like?

Maybe they should grow some balls then.
Only answer the constructive questions and criticisms and ignore the vulgar messages.

maybe they should grow some balls and ask them, instead of leaving the vulgar messages?

I mean, cooperation is a two-way street, if you expect something, it doesn't give you the privilege to be cross back at them. And frankly the way the minority of the community has acted over this entire debacle is deplorable, and I don't blame them for not saying anything, or responding to the venom in kind.

Lol @ "minority".

Seriously if you think that your delusional, literally every poll or census with a large amount of data i've ever seen regarding ME3 has had ending haters in the VAST MAJORITY.

yeah, on BSN which represents the vast majority of Mass Effect 3 players right?

I wish people would stop with the minority/majority arguement. There's no way to determine it, and it doesn't matter.

no, it's not. And as someone who taught kids before who pretty much acted out like this, the real way to make breakthroughs is to give them space, then give them criticism and work with them to fix it.

Being nasty only continues bad habits, habits that I guess are expected for the internet, but that needs to change.

Might as well work with it, that is permanent.

I'm stubborn like that. So no, I will not work with it. It reminds me too much of the Hepler debacle back in February, and its sickening.

It's disgusting how people continue to hound BW. The ending thing, how the EC was received by some people, discussion of DLC, some people are really gross childish creeps. Mike Gamble has been a saint through all this and dropping an F bomb is completely appropriate given the giant amount crazies that have been hounding BW employees the past 7 months.

Whut? Are you reading the same tweets of his, that I have read in the past? Most of those came off as condescending and generally rude to the people who pay his, casey and walters bloated salaries. Saint my ass.

You act as if nobody has. Of course some have sent constructive criticisms. Those deserve be responded to, I do not support people just sending vulgar hate mail to people, but some times that's the only way to get through to people.

In all fairness, Gamble, Chris, Jessica, Patrick, Gaspur etc have all replied to peolple who ask them questions on twitter. They get sent a lot of tweets, and it might be hard sorting through the crap to get decent complaints and questions. Often, the constructive critiscism is surrounded by vulgarity, and the devs may not believe its worth it.

Oh I know, I actually respect that they've at least made responses. Most companies wouldn't, but I think the answers need to be coming from Casey and Mac because they're mostly responsible.
And I think they should still remain mostly in the dark about this whole thing, just occasional answer a good question or criticism that isn't trolling whenever they find them.

You know what? That's exactly what you have to do as a professional: keep calm and reasonable. That's even part of your contract. You can't get upset over dissatisfied customers and start talking to them like that.

Other employees would get fired for doing this.

So he used the f word. What's the big deal? Sure he may be agitated at rude fans and their rude messages as would any of us in his shoes. I just mean that people are going to blow this up to be a big deal. It really isn't.

Sure I may be pissed with what became of ME3 and I will openly express my criticism but there is a difference between that and sending rude/hate mail. Obviously if he got angry the criticism probably was very negative and rude.

Of course they're not going to show you any evidence. All you're gonna get is "We can never know for sure how many people like or hate the ending." Which is bs. BSN for instance had a huge number of people leave the forums because they hate the ending and yet the majority of threads that are made still revolve around ending hate.

Well the fan may have exagerated, but bioware really couldnt predict something like that after the game they made? ANd besides, part of the rage is in dragon age 2 hands.. after dragon age 2, and ME3, people have lost faith in bioware. Me included.

2 HUGE mistakes like that in very little time.. Thats terrible

I don't. People can live in denial all they want about not being able to determine the minority or majority, but at some point in life you have to use a little common sense. Not only on BSN but other internet forums and places like youtube, I see an overwhelming majority dislike the ending. I also have met people in real life who have played the game and not one liked the ending. I've showed the ending to friends and asked them their thoughts and they hated the ending. One person said if that was the ending to a trilogy that he loved he would have cried because it was so terrible. For me to say, well there's a possibility that out in some corner of the world there is a number of people that outweighs this would be naive. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it would be stupid for me to base my decisions off an unknown and unlikely variable. I'm going off of what I see right in front of me and what I know and that's that a lot of people are unhappy with this ending, and Bioware is doing nothing to change that.
