The banter was between ShepnTali and I, not you.

I figured out long ago that you have no sense of humor, Mr. Serious Guy.

Personally, I'll only give them a break when they give me the ME3 that I was promised right up untill the week before they released the POS that I got..

You aren't getting it. Stop being a loser and move on.

If wanting what I was promised makes me a looser then fine.

Moving on.... Nah, don't think so.

But thanks anyway brown-tongue.  ( See, I can insult people too. )

You're not a loser for wanting anything. You're a loser for still complaining after 6 months.

Back in the beta, the storyline was vastly different. You went to Mars in order to get Javik, for example. There was literally no way that you could play the game without him until they decided to make him optional DLC and therefore had to make him completely unimportant to the actual main storyline.

I would literally have to summarize the entire plot of the beta to explain fully, so you can go look it up yourself if you would like. The whole thing is on the datamining thread on holdtheline.com

That's why it's a beta script. They never had time to finish all the stuff with Javik, so they either had to cut him completely (with all the stuff that had already been done like voice-overs maybe) or develop his content in smaller form after the game was finished and release it as a DLC. And since they got it done pretty fast as day-1 DLC: which ended up getting not acknowledged by the fans but hated on..  IMHO they made the right choice

Except a proper ending to the trilogy. Assclown.

But parts of ME3 are still bad (though now covered with syrup) after 6 months. ME3 maybe be an Art ,but it is not a wine that gets better with the years.
In any case, i better be a loser complaining about inadequate product purchased half a year ago then be a whinner :) and complain about complaining people.

I wouldn't call someone a loser because they are passionate about something, if anything. Losers are the opposite, not passionate about anything.

Still, kind of an ass thing to say, even if it's true.

To answer his question...... no. That's the simple answer. No. No one knows how much work or heart someone puts into something they don't like. That's not an issue. It's never an issue. If my car doesn't work, I'm not thinking of the factory worker that says he worked hard, and just messed up on the car I got.... I'm too upset the car was badly made. A labor of love or a labor of force doesn't matter either, If my I phone breaks, I'm not thinking "darnit, those chinese slave labor worked really hard, so I should appreciate it's broken screen". It's not the role of the guy giving the money to question the workmanship of the worker, but their opinion of the quality of the product does have some importance.

It's kinda silly, I mean, no one thinks of the effort of the manufacturers. I'm not doubting that Joel Schumacher worked very hard on Batman and Robin.... I'm sure the production crew worked tirelessly on makeup and set production.... that doesn't mean I'm not going to make fun of it any time I remember it.

Actually. What I typed wasn't a complaint.  It was a statement of fact.

There's a difference.

I've given up on any hope of getting the promised  ME3 that I spent between 1000-2000 hours of game time building up to.

I've also given up on ever buying anything with the Bioware label on it ever again.

Again.  Not complaints. Statements of fact.

Once again.  If stating/wanting what I was promised makes me a loser.  Bring it on - couldn't give a ****.

They used to be my number one developer, but now - whatever grief Bioware gets. Bioware brought on themselves by releasing a ****ty product.

We're going to need the National Guard to airlift him out of the horde, tbh.

If's that the case, then the 'From Ashe's' dlc should have been free. The Prothians are an integral part of the Mass Effect plot, much like the current Leviathan dlc is there to explain the origins of the Reapers and Catalyst.

TBH, we should just call up some gunships too. He's going to need a hot extract.

Not really, the story BioWare wanted to tell they simply didn't have enough time to create. That's where dlc comes in. They didn't purposely take anything out of the vanilla game to sell later as dlc. Even Javikk they didn't because when he was apart of the vanilla game he had a completely different role (Catalyst).

Yes, which is why the Twitter clown said "EA" and not Bioware...

And wait, selling content that they didn't have time to put into the $60+ game!? DO TELL!!!

That has already been discussed in the appropriate threads... Javik in his current form is not integral to the story of ME3, neither is Leviathan. It sheds light on certain topics. But neither is essential to the plot, you can finish and enjoy ME3 just as well without these DLCs. I'd rather have meaningful DLC that ties into the story, than some Firewalker / Pinnacle Station DLC that has nothing to do with the ME storyline at all.

Gambles out of order and comicbookguy_UK hit the nail on the head....fact is he touched a nerve and wasn't rude about it whereas Mr Gamble felt he had to resort to swearing.

If they didn't want such a response why did they make the ending so obviously bad to begin with and then when they had an opportunity to fix it choose not to.

With actions like this you kinda have to expect the backlash.

Their time management skills leave something to be desired if they make such drastic changes to the script while the game is already in the beta and release is just four months away. While EA's reputation speaks for itself, I wonder how much of the problem was self-inflicted on BioWare's part.

There's a hard truth here, Sajuro: ****** everyone off and they'll be pissed off at you.

This should come as no surprise to anyone, and bashing the fans for being rightfully pissed off is irrational. White-knight something else.

For being rightly pissed off? It has been six months, they have given us an ending DLC for free, they are working hard to create new content and all that happens is endless ****ing because people couldn't win conventionally or because they didn't get a personalized ending and refuse to use imagination. I am not white knighting for anyone, I'm just saying that 'fans' are being total brats.

I'm not one of these idiots that give Bioware a hard time, but seriously, I didn't pay $80 for a game so that I could "imagine" the ending.

What bothers me is that they refuse to own their mistake. A large portion of their fanbase was unable to figure out what the frack was going on. This is a storytelling failure on their part (and half of that was just due to the graphic design team not paying attention to the writers). Never once did they apologize, or even try to understand our position. Every response was PR BS. Telling people that we didn't understand their vision, reiterating that everything is perfect, and then using the whole fiasco in a marketing stunt, didn't win them any fans.

That being said, this person isn't a "fan". He's a troll or idiot.

Gamble probably shouldn't have said that, SOP is to ignore people like that. I can see where he's coming from though, if I was on the other side of this, I would have already lost my fracking mind.
