I have had this game for 6 months and now the second disk is unreadable. I cleaned the disk but it still is unreadable. Could it be the disk or a problem with xbox 360 but however all my other games run fine without any problems.

It's just a problem with the game. Both of my discs have always done it despite being in perfect condition. In fact, it just did it to me a few minutes ago on disc one. I'm getting really pissed about it too. Bioware needs to hurry up and fix their game already, because this crap makes it unplayable.

Just seems to happen on disk 2 and I tried it again with the Javik dlc, played the whole game on planet but when Shep goes to ship the game will not load back to Normandy and I get the disk unreadable message.

Dont worry it happened for me also. It happened during a loading screen during the arrae mission(rescue ex cerberus team) after clearing the cerberus troops in the very beginning, a cutscene showing you and your team walk towards a blast door when a girl opens it, that triggers the loading screen and it happened there"disc unreadable" message pops up. Now my second disc was installed also. I even uninstalled it and replayed the loading screen and it passed! Also that loading screen froze on me when I first played it.
