Now, i've been playing for quite some time on the xbox and me and my friend have yet to find more than one person who could do better than us consistently. Most of the time we end up with worthless teamates, that can barely get 20k by the end of wave 11...

So i guess, long story short, looking for european players (preferably, time wise) that we can rely on while playing gold...

It just is so ****ing boring that I actually have to try hard most of the time in order to complete most matches, i want to relax and **** around with class builds as well you know:P

I'd say 15% are useless. By that I mean they can't get an assist or kill medal at all in a Gold match. There's no excuse for that.

Don't know how missile glitchers come into this. They don't play on gold, they're only on Platinum. And to the OP, there is not that many useless players. Most I run into are decent. My GT is Sup bro U MAD. Yes I am in Europe, specifically Ireland.

I had a would-be-missile glitcher in one of my games yesterday. They couldn't do it and left. It was an U/U/G. First time I've seen one on Gold since before the Cobra Launcher change.

I guess i should refrase, they aren't useless, just completly unreliable.

One of the reasons I'm thankful for Platinum difficulty. Almost all of the missile glitchers migrated to there.

Now, I know I play on a different system but the number of times I've had a single player amass roughly 20K throughout a game is less than 5. Even in the games where I reach over 200K.

I'm on pc and would say about 70% of peps in game seem to be pretty good.
I think with the population dying off you need to be a bit more picky about lobbies but the down side of that is it can take to long to find one that 'looks' alright.

I've given up on this now ...so play with all the loons.

actually, no it deasn't, i'm soryy but i just don't know what it means.

And btw there is a reason your teamates can't keep up when u get that kinda score, you are getting all the points

finding decent PuGs for gold used to be no problem... and then they introduced platinum.

I agree. Unless they drop in late wave, most will it more than 20k. Even beginners with avengers and mantis in gold score 25k+. Most i see average around 40k to 60k depending on class. If everyone medigels and thus stays in the match, it reaches 50k to 70k. If it goes down to 90k for 1 of the randoms, it means the other 2 didn't gel or were really bad.

However, the score it self isn't very useful. In one Rio game early wave 8, a paladin kited and held the attention of 2 banshees and 1 brute by shield planting in the rearmost ammo box container. This allowed me time to kill the ravagers and respawned monsters without being harrassed by the banshees which increases the speed its done. He was always in the match with me because he gelled when possible unlike the other 2. His final score was 40+k. Was he useless? Not in any manner of speaking. I would take 3 of him over the 60k destroyer or GI who keeps dropping to the ground.

Well I like to mix it up with all difficulties.
Bronze for when I want to feel like a God.
Silver when I PuG.
Gold when atleast 2 other friends are online and playing.
Plat. Only with one group of friends.

Edit: I'm not a fan of plat really, I love playing against all the factions at once, but having all bosses just makes it a grind...
Give me the option to play against all factions on any difficulty and I'd never play anything else...

Don't get me wrong, most people do still play, just not as much as we used to. Most want to get a speedrun strat for every map and I still haven't maxed my manifest despite playing since launch. Feel free to msg me over live (FL is full) TheMightyG00sh (two zeroes if you're wondering), it's always nice to find new players.

 This "useless" word is being thrown around a lot.

Seriously, it's getting ridiculous.

I find it hard pressed to call someone "useless" even if they're objectively bad players. They still have a use. They have missiles, they can revive, etc. Just because they are at the very bottom of the score doesn't mean that they contributed nothing to the match.

The useless players are the ones who don't get at least some sort of assist medal or revive medal. They are useless but I don't see that often.
