Batarian soldier is still my absolute favorite. Vorcha sentinel is awesome too (though it actually took me ages before I got it when the DLC came out) Oh yes, and the paladin as well. Those are the ones I usually play with.

Asari Justicar Adept. I got her very early in a PSP when I first started playing. Spec'd her for offense with Carnifex and she was great for a long time. Then, the Fury came into my life.

Femvannova was the first class I tried, and after sampling other classes I always went back to her. So yeah, she's my first and it made me really sad when I started to experience the glitch later on.
