1. Human Engineer.
I started out with them and every new level was joy and like unlocking new stuff (it actually was, at the time).
2. Asari Adept
"Givemetheadept, givemetheadept" was the mantra until I unlocked the asari adept. Shepard always was a biotic in my first playthroughs, but the human adept just didn't do it "Shepard-Style".

1. Waaaaaaaay back in the days, Turian Sentinel with Avenger in Bronze and Silver >
I thought chain overload was the best power. Then enemies got the buff (especially geth) so I don't really use him that much anymore Q.Q
2. Salarian Infy. The best class to snipe. When big bosses used to take head shot damage, I would take half of a Geth Prime's armor with a headshot from the Mantis in Gold. Ahh the good old days :3

The Asari Justicar.
When I first unlocked the character, I thought, "Okay, I finally unlocked the character I've heard so much about." I used to stick primarily to infiltrators, engineers, and sentinels, with the sentinel being the only biotic I'd ever played in both SP and MP. Even as I got into the higher levels (15-20) on my Justicar, I used to say I was inept at playing an adept. I almost gave up.
For whatever reason, I didn't (retroactive sorry to all of the PUGs who played with me during that time). I specced my Justicar for a defensive bubble, which was probably my saving grace. Then I started getting the little joys of pulling shields off of Guardians, staggering Brutes, and those delicious biotic explosions. When I switched my weapon from the Mattock to the Eagle, things only got better because I was practically running around with no weapon weight to slow me down.
Then came the ops weekend where you had to extract from a gold match against Reapers. As a primarily silver/bronze player, this was a big deal to me— and back then I usually played bronze because I had little confidence in my abilities, regardless of the class I played. On Wave 10, when everyone else was dead (including my friend who didn't have his match completion yet), I held my own and literally saved the match with nothing but me, my biotic sphere, and my warp ammo-loaded Eagle against several Ravagers, a couple Marauders, and one-and-a-half banshees, plus one objective left. That was the moment I said, "Yeah, I've found my niche in the ME3MP universe."
Now, I primarily play my N7 Fury or my Justicar, with an occasional jaunt on my engineer.
