Salarian Infiltrator.

Once I found out about Infiltraitors generally worked better with shotguns, the Claymore + GI became my most used, favorite class.

I can't remember if that was first or my Female Quarian Infiltraitor with Claymore. It was a good feeling to kill that Gold Phantom with one Cloak cycle and Incendiary rounds.

First class? I'd say Asari Adept during the demo days. Since then, almost all classes are loved by me. Like a good parent, you can't publicly choose just one... until the divorce, that is.

FQI. Sexy as hell and the ability to put the hurt on anything with an SR. It was also a power trip to turn synthetics against each other. Delicious, Delicious power....

Asari Adept. Had her in the demo, but it took some time to finally unlock her in the real game. Played with that build for many weeks, when I finally got her.
Even now and then, when my friends and I play U/C/G, it's funny when all of a sudden I hear one of them scream: Demon, come here quick, there's a Phantom in here.
My 6/6/6/4/5 build however is pretty fragile for Gold though.

And it's still my favorite to this day! (except I use Paladin now instead of Carnifex)

Krogan sentinel. Forget incinerate, spec it all melee and have loads and loads of fun headbutting everything. His battlecries are exceptional too. Speak loudly and carry a big gun!

Going taze happy with my Turian Sentinel. SInce he was the only sentinel who was the conventional sentinel.

First class I played was the Human Sentinel, but the class I loved first was the Human Engineer.

Krogan sentinel

I've only recently "discovered" it but mine would be the 6/6/6/4/4 Turian Sentinel with a N7 Hurricane. Strips shields, makes enemies fall over and weakens armor. All with impressive tanking ability.

Though I have yet to try a 6/6/6/4/4 build on my Demolisher...

Turian Sentinel, together I feel we can defeat anything

Salarian Engineer, I finally felt like I was able to really help the team stay alive, even if my scores were usually average as I had no carnifex :S

Turian Sentinel armed with nothing but a Viper (later upgraded to a Valiant), specced out of Tech Armor, and with Overload, Fitness, Warp, and Turian Veteran maxed out.
My go-to sniper, and my jack-of-all-trades. Armor? No problem. Shields or Barriers? They've already gone down. Guardians? That mailslot's now full of chunky salsa.
Stumbled upon him back on the second day of the demo. Never looked back once.
