This is probably getting asked a lot but I'm not seeing anything I interpret as answering this exactly.

If I register the codes for the blood armor, and shale, which I have,  can I use them on -any- xbox 360 so long as I'm logged into my bio/ea profile?  For example, if  I am at my brother's house and choose to use the armor and NPC from his house, can I then later go home, and use those same assets from my own home later.  and vise versa, again provided I am logged into my bio-ea account?

If so: awesome,  if not: sadface.

I'll use this thread for this additional question: If anyone has a link for exactly what a BioWare EA account entails/provides, can you please give me a link? I'm looking for stuff like, are game save stored online? or locally only? etc.
