In my most recent playthrough, which is admittedly not as complete as I'd like it to be, after being as meticulous as possible and making as many "right" decissions as I can find, doing every mission (including DLC), and completely clearing out every single system for every possible Search and Rescue War Asset, I'm up to about 9,400+ War Assets on my character.

Has anyone gotten it up to 10,000? Is it possible to get 10,000 War Assets as is right now?

Only with multiplayer promotions. There are not 9400 assets in the game without a nice N7 Squad.

Yup, 2250 from MP promotions + Leviathan DLC - 10115 war assets in my last playthrough xD
Still they get obliterated

Not possible without MP, but not needed anyway.

Also, check out the following thread: List of war assets in SP campaign and how to get them(pre-Extended Cut*)

*The EC only changes the max. necessary EMS needed for the best possible ending(s) anyway.

With the Leviathan DLC you can get another 400 points though.

Without N7 Special Forces, Cerberus Data Drops, and possible future DLC then, no it is not possible to get 10,000 war assets in single player. With all previous, yes.

Only the multiplayer N7 team war asset should update over EA's servers.  The rest are unlocked in single player and should be contained in the local save file.

I worked it out (I think), this includes all From Ashes and Leviathan assets. You can't get 10,000 without the N7 multiplayer assets.

That looks about right for the theoretical.

Only comment I have is that Reaper Brain (110) can never count, nor can the Heart (100, not listed) since you get them after Cerberus HQ, and the end game check is when you launch that mission.
