•  The past couple of days playing multiplayer I noticed that when using N7 demolisher the lag when launching grenades is terrible and to be accurate you need to be quite close
• Ladders and platforms ---- when trying to escape group of enemies I roll out of the way to avoid damage but if too  close to a ladder it will glitch and become stuck
• Premium spectre packs not so premium --- like seriously 4 packs purchased not one ultra rare item
• Lack of medi gel capacity increases  how am I supposed to play silver with 2 medi gels ---- let alone platinum
• More character unlocks please

Hello. Please Allow me to assist you.

#1. Sounds like you are playing in matches where you are not the host. this is most likely due to the Lag of being Off host. for Arc Grenades you need to get practice at Lobbing them. finding the right angels to launch them to hit your targets.

#2 interesting, Easy fix is not to roll near ladders.

#3 the Premium Specter Packs (PSP) are well known to Troll people. and Ultra Rares are not 100% guaranteed in a PSP just slightly better odds.

#4 for lack of Medi Gel Capacity just concentrate on Standers Specter Packs. by the looks of your Manifest you have A lot of stuff needing unlocked so it might just take a while.

#5 the store system is Random, you are not guaranteed anything. you just have to keep at it and hope you have some luck.
