If she was in ME3 then what role should she have played?  I personally liked her in ME2 from the DLC.  I would have liked having her on the normandy again.

It really wouldn't be very practical to bring Kasumi back, given that she's DLC content. It raises a few uncomfortable problems.

She makes a cameo in the "indoctrinated hanar" quest line if she's alive, loyal I presume, and you import from ME2.

I didn't actually know that.  I just enjoyed the mission I did with her in ME2.

shes a great character, she is in the game with a side mission it glitches on occasion which is why you might not have seen her

Her and Zaeed could easily be added to the squad more than any other ME2 character.

It would have been fun to do another mission with her where you have to steal something.

Kasumi should not have been a DLC character, but a full fledged companion for the original ME3, with a romance option and all. I hated that you could not have conversations with her inside her room. Wish there was more of her in ME3. Can only hope for a future ME3 DLC that focuses on the old ME2 squad members.

Kasumi is in ME3, no ME3-DLC required. Granted, you'd have to have played through the events in ME2, which means you'd have to have bought and played ME2 DLC: Kasumi - Lost Memories.

Given the no-spoilers forum we're in, I won't talk about her involvement. I will say that the mission in question happens regardless of Kasumi, she just helps you with it. There is a lot of chatter about what she does afterwards in various email.

I like Kasumi and the stories she's involved it, but I don't like her companion-mechanics (never synced with any of my characters), and I found outside of her one exclusive ME2 mission she didn't interact with any NPCs, which made her actions (when they were rarely shown), very short and empty. She's got a great story, but she's not utilised well in the game, if you will.

Personally, I liked her appearance in Marauder Shields. It didn't flesh it out so much as reminded you she was there, bringing her arc relevance and coming full circle.

I feel like Kasumi could have been able to add to the team once the her part in the mission was over. I thought she would join the team after she agreed to help Shepard.

My Femshep would of loved to get into her catsuit 

And my Broshep too I guess...

With all the missions that revolved around trying to find out intel, on either Cerberus or the Catalyst. She could of had a big part in ME3 as a thief/hacker.

She was supposed to have a bigger role in the leaked script. Her and Thane were involved in some mission on the Citadel.

Why would someone imply that? I actually like Kasumi, she's funny and all but I never enjoyed using her in my squad. Whereas, I took Zaeed everywhere and kept blowing things up like a boss. You talked about the squad , I stated my opinion based on that. Nothing less, nothing more.

Kasumi had a lot of potential for ME3. I hope she will become a squadie with some DLC but I doubt it.
