None yet. All are between level II and V currently. I also have 7.5 million credits saved up at the moment for when the next DLC comes out. So who knows how far that will get me?

You don't have to farm...just be good with not using consumables (or willingness to use them to save an objective). Then you spend it on SP or PSP. That's how I got my first UR.

The funny thing is the Javelin and the Scorpion were my first URs, but the Wraith and the Talon were my first maxxed URs.

I haven't got one. The closest thing is my Javelin (which was also my first ultra-rare if memory serves) is now at IX.
The way the store has been treating me lately (1 ultra-rare in the last 25 PSP's or so), it will take quite a while to get there.
