To preface, I have all patches and DLC installed. Whenever I play ME3 it's always the same - start with Origin online because it's a pain in the rear otherwise, then immediately go into offline mode and start ME3. This does not cause any issues - unless you're starting a new game. In that situation even though there is no 'DLC isn't authorised' message, the game doesn't unlock the content, meaning ALL DLC is locked.

Going online with Origin does not solve this problem - the ONLY way to solve it is to connect the game to the internet.

We were advised that ME3 DLC would only require a one-time activation, yet this flaw means that isn't the case. I don't want to connect my game to the internet ever time I start a new one - it isn't necessary during existing games, it shouldn't be necessary starting a new game.
