1. Slower more tactical combat with no parachuting waves of punchingbags.
2. Either get rid of paraphrasing in the dialogue wheel or refine it so it actually works. Lost count of the amount of times it says something I do not want to say.
3. Either let us talk to companions whenever we want or create a "home base" like the camp from Origins.
4. More realistic artistic style. Especially change the Darkspawn to look intimidating once more.
5. Choice that matters.
6. More & LONGER interactions with companions
7. Romances that cant be "won" simply by clicking the insta win button(heart icon). Origins did romances on the whole far better for me. Apart from the actual sex-scene I guess. Also dont make every single romance bi-sexual again.
8. NO RE-USED MAPS
9. A great branching story
10. A better more detailed character customization for you and your party
11. A better character creater screen, with non plastic hair(Frostbite 2 already taken care of that?)
12. Give Warriors back the ability dual wield swords and use crossbows. Actually, just make it how it was for all classes in Origins.
Also it would be awesome if skills, talents, your class & maybe even stats could have an influence on conversations with NPC's. I liked how some of this was implemented in FO:NV for example.
Perhaps some choice on our PC's backstory. Maybe kinda like Mass Effects, "Colonist, Earthborn or Spacer" type deal, make sure it has more of an effect though.
The Friendship/Rivalry system, but it needs to be expanded and refined. There are things you can do that would make your companion hate you and leave, not gain "Rivalry" points. If you told fenris you approve of slavery he would likely try to cut your head off, not gain some rival respect. Integrate the Approval/Disapproval system into it and you have a winner.
I would of had no dialogue wheel & silent PC in there but were not getting that regardless.
