When you combine the fact that we can't design our particularly Wardens/Hawkes in preparation for DAI, and the low probability that they'd just retcon in a "this is what that character looked like" aspect, I can't imagine there's much possiblity for actual reveals outside of something like "oh yeah and they died sometime".

I normally play as rogues or mages and when I have played warrior its always been sword and shield, but now I'm definitely going to have to make a cute, freckled, 2-hander lady dwarfquisitor for my first playthrough. The thought of a cute little person with a massive sword (or axe if they still have them), carving her way through lyrium addled Templars and power mad mages is just too good to pass up.
