Hi, Mike. Are specializations unique to the Inquisitor or available for party members, too?
Party members have pre-determined specializations that match the ones available to the Inquisitor of matching classes.
That's a shame ![]()

Just adding in that the Keep twitch stream should be up in about 40 minutes.
David Gaider on Cullen being romanceable...
... and on the types of characters Bioware includes in their games.
I'm not quite sure why he finds the reposting of tweets creepy.
(I mean only tweets about the game get posted.)
I think it's more that he finds it creepy how quickly the tweets are posted in here. Hrungr uses some sort of blood magic to make it happen.

I know! He left the time on one of his posts, and it said 2s. Then he formats it so quickly.
So Vivienne is a Knight Enchanter after all huh? I find that a little surprising to be honest...
I think out of all our mages, Dorian is, in my mind, a more likely candidate for being a Knight Enchanter type. With the recent higher resolution concept art (I think it was the video entitled 'The Art of Dragon Age: Inquisition' at EGX, but I could be mistaken), it looks as though he's reaching over his shoulder and pulling a sword from its scabbard.
Either which way, the possibility of having a knight enchanter analog in the party is pretty cool.

I really doubt Vivienne is a Necromancer.
Necromancy makes sense for Dorian as in tevinter they often study the schools of magic which aren't chantry approved, of which necromancy is one.
It would make sense for him to have these skills, no?
And 'Knight Enchanter' seems to fit with a candidate for First Enchanter.

In one of the gameplay demonstrations (don't remember which one), they showed Vivienne's skill trees and she had the KE tree, which makes sense, since she's the only one of the party mages that comes from the Circle, and KE is a special type of magic only taught in the Circle. I believe Dorian is supposed to be a necromancer.

David Gaider also pretty much confirmed him as a necromancer in his character profile.
"He enjoys using his magic and doesn't see any reason why he should be ashamed about it. So he unleashes his full power when it's needed… and he has plenty of power to unleash, seeing as he comes from a society where mages are trained to use it rather than hide it. This includes powerful elemental spells, as well as spells involving the control of spirit and the dead—things societies outside of Tevinter might turn up their noses at and claim "distasteful."
I'll be interested to see why, if our companions have all the specialisations, our Inquisitors have to learn them through other people having completed quests.
Unless..
I suppose we could have to complete quests for companions in order to get them. But then again that would limit the number of options you had if you wanted to roleplay an assassin who hates spirits.
Man, that Qunari face is awesome. But that mohawk. Eeewww..
NVM, saw the addition.

Oh, read his tumblr. That's him being fairly nice about the fan's reaction to his initial remarks about Fenris. You should see him when he's in a bad mood.
