Maybe that's not a bug?

It is a bug, I could do his war table mission in my first playthrough (I made a video with the promotion when the templars are conscripted), but couldnt to it in my second.

If that loot exploit fix is what I think it is, than no more schematic farming?

If so, there'd better be improved RNG systems in place. Or more shops selling schematics. What's the point of inquisition perks if they can't get you rare schematics easily?

Other than that, good patch. Might do another play-through after BE (or DLC) is released. Haven't done that final Solas companion quest yet.

Crap...is it really for the schematic farming? It's the only way to actually get decent stuff. RNG is crap in any game. At least up the count for schematics. Almost all of Josie's perks are useless :/

Quite sad about this, considering David Gaider has been an amazing lead writer on an amazing series - but I can't wait to see what he does on this other, mysterious project. And I do love Patrick Weekes, so I'm extremely glad he is the new lead writer. Think it's a perfect fit.
