Fellassan's power was also green and with his death at the end of the book, I think it lends some weight to the theory that the Inquisitor has merged with his spirit...

Kinda hard to note, since they're basically five black pixels large, each lol. But yeah, dem pants on the one to the left looks similar to Solas's, and the other one looks like it's crouching and holding it's staff away from it's body, and what looks like one of Viv's shoulderpads is pointing up.

Thoughtful review, though I disagreed with many of her points.

 

That's exactly what I thought when I read the review.

 

That box-art is great. I love that the Inquisitor is vague enough to be male or female, and could possibly be either human or elven given the concealing helmet and no other figures beside them to judge the height differences between elves and humans. Great stuff.

I think it would be rather bizarre to base a huge plot twist around a dead character from a tie-in novel, rather than something which was developed over the course of Inquisition itself. It opens up the team to criticism, probably fairly, that you need to read other stuff to understand a major part of the plot. And the theory itself is... matching colours? Isn't the Fade green?

I fully expect an enormous twist like in KoTOR or Jade Empire, but based on something that is shown and developed in the actual game.

I wonder what area it is? looks similar to this:

But still not quite. I don't think we've seen any pics showing an area with buildings on top of (very pointy) mountains like the ones on the cover art before. Besides, there's no snow from what I can see.

Seems like there's a glowing "slash, rip, tear" in the Inquisitor's hand... Interesting.

Mayhaps that's what gives him/her the "power" over fade tears.

 

Or it could just be there to look awesome, anyway it's doing it's job

I really love that when you look at it from a distance (or in thumbnail) the dragon silhouette pops, but up close, you don't notice it.
