I think there are four female companions the one behind 'Sera' the archer looks battle ready but then again so does everyone.

 

She doesn't have a weapon. Nor do Cullen and Leliana - dollars to doughnuts, those are the three non-party NPCs and the other nine are companions.

And it seems the Inquisitor survived by going to the fade ?If I understood correctly she said they found him alive walking out of it?

And obviously something changed him/her.

It's possible, but there are nine people carrying weapons in that group shot and we know there are nine companions.

I think so! He's certainly a young man with two daggers and white blond hair. I would be extremely surprised at this point if that isn't him.

 

(And I say that as someone who was hoping that either Dorian or Cole had been cut and another woman added, but it seems that it was not to be.)

Neither Cullen nor "Scribbles" had weapons in the survey art either, unlike Dorian (?)/Sera/Feathers/Cassandra.

At a guess giving some people weapons is a visually easy way to distinguish the companions from the NPCs.

Yeah. Pretty sure it's Sera and the Grey Warden companion.

They said once that those soldiers only wear Grey Warderns' armor. I believe it's the same fortress like in the Fires Above trailer. But I can be wrong of course.
