In the morning I finally get my copy of Masked Empire, later today the new trailer and now the website!

 

So much Dragon Age in one day, I'll be too excited to sleep, I'll probably hunt for the Ability Dran, Lady Insanity and Gamermd83 videos in days to come.

What I find interesting about the new site is in the timeline:

"9:31 Dragon Hawke Attempts to Destroy Corypheus

Hawke enters the Warden prison in the Vimmark Mountains and attempts to destroy Corypheus. History is vague on when exactly this occurs."

 

Maybe Corypheus will play a role in DA:I?

Would have been nice if ONE of the Inquisitors they showed on the website was a female.....

 

Cause as it stands now.....if I was a DA noob, I'd think the only inquisitor character you could play was a dudebro.

 

 

Site only says you can change the 'apperance' of your inquisitor....nothing about playing as a different race or sex.

Yep, none of the screen caps on the site, or art on the site, or trailers show even at least a female Quizzy.

 

TBH, I was extremely excited by the trailer and then when I saw the website, my enthusiasm dimmed because of that. Because...while you could possibly maybe argue that background of the Warrior page might be a lady...if you squint, there's no one very obviously a Lady Inquisitor. Then I just felt sort of bummed.

Ooh, I hope so.  That was one of those situtations where there was really no winning for Hawke.  Okay, more so than usual, but either way, you knew that a terrible corruption was just fully unleashed into the Wardens.  

 

That would certainly give at least one reason why the Inquisitor's forces could be attacking the Warden keep.  I am actually looking forward to seeing Cory again, because he had so much untapped potential as a villain.  When I was done with Legacy (by the way devs, that was excellent and tied Hawke's story back to Origins nicely,) he telegraphed "Oh yes, I will be important later."  

 

I can wait, but I'm certainly excited.  E3, which is when I think the big reveals are going to happen, seems so far away.

"Attempts" to destroy? I guess we're leaning towards the "Cory-possesses-Larius/Janeka"-theory being correct, then. Since they're including the meeting with Cory on the timeline I think it's likely that he will matter in DA:I.

Go to site....absolutely NO info (even a screen shot for FSM's sake) of a female inquisitor.

 

I feel kind of like they just kicked my kitten.

 

Still excited for the game....but I feel deflated, was hoping with the big new site and trailer that SOME sort of showing of the female inquisitor would have been shown.

Interesting guy showed up 1:27. Looks like the only person in this scene with a unique face. Then he dies. Also, all the NPCs disappear right after this guy shows up and it cuts to the next scene. Drop the video to 0.25 and check it out. Weird bug.

 

Oh jeez, maybe don't watch the trailer in 0.25 speed. A lot of weird visual glitches. Cassandra's eyelashes clip through her face at 0:39. :S
