I think it's more likely you can only have this Halla if you pre-order. It's probably a cool colour, but I bet you can get a standard Halla - maybe some non-standard ones, too - in the base game. Or at least through other DLC.

According to what the info on both Origin and the Dragon Age site suggests, the Halla is actually a part of the digital deluxe bonuses. The pre-order bonuses are the Flame of the Inquisition packs (weapons, horse, and armor set). Someone who has a twitter account should get this cleared up, as I was confused about what was what for a good while. I could still be, I don't know for sure.

The arms and legs are way too thick for a female. And that part of the armour is mainly material, not so bulked out as the metal parts.

So all women need to be exceptionally skinny in the arms and legs? Brienne of Tarth invalidates this complaint.
