lest hope the CE is not a Game exclusive and I can get a better deal elsewhere. £65 is a rip off, typical Game and EA pricing for their exclusives.

but that didn't happen with Assassins Creed Black Flag: Black Chest edition
which was according to the original wording would have all the digital content - but ended up not having all the pre-order stuff or the exclusive content that went to the Playstaion of Digital Deluxe

Reading the Knight Enchanter blurb, is this specialty unique to circle mages? Is it available to Dalish / Qunari as well?

It seems Bioware's/EA's retail people who manage those things like bonuses are separate from the dev team (?), but I'm monumentally sick of publishers dividing up preorder and extra content between different outlets and editions. Ubisoft are by far the worst, but it'd be so frustrating if the CE had different bonuses to the Deluxe Edition, or whatever.

You're actually lucky, at least you know for a fact you'll be able to pre-order those packs. Not everywhere is this such an obvious thing.
